Cancellation Policy

Company Policies & Service Terms Commercial Cleaning Cuties LLC provides commercial cleaning services based on the agreed-upon scope of work outlined in the service agreement or cleaning checklist. • Services outside the agreed scope will require prior approval and may result in additional charges. • We do not provide hazardous waste removal, biohazard cleanup, or mold remediation unless specifically contracted. Walkthrough & Estimates Policy • All pricing is based on a free on-site or virtual walkthrough. • Estimates are valid for 14 days. • Final pricing may change if the condition of the facility differs from what was disclosed during the walkthrough. First-Time Deep Cleaning Policy • A first-time deep cleaning may be required for new clients. • This ensures the facility meets maintenance-level standards moving forward. • Deep cleaning rates are separate from ongoing service pricing. Scheduling & Access Policy • Clients must provide safe access to the facility during scheduled service times. • Alarm codes, keys, or keycards must be provided prior to service. • Missed access may result in a lockout fee or service being marked as completed. Payment Policy • Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement. • Invoices are due: • ☐ Upon receipt • ☐ Weekly • ☐ Monthly • Late payments may result in: • Service suspension • Late fees • Returned payments may incur an additional fee. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. • Either party may terminate ongoing service with 7 days written notice. Safety & Damage Policy • We take care to protect all surfaces during cleaning. • Commercial Cleaning Cuties LLC is not responsible for: • Normal wear and tear • Pre-existing damage • Improper secured or fragile items • Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service. Satisfaction & Quality Policy • Client satisfaction is important to us. • If there is a concern, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address it promptly. • Refunds are not guaranteed but corrections may be offered at our discretion.
